All Members of Stanton under Bardon Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the Parish Council meeting to be held on Wednesday 6th September 2023 starting at 7:00pm in the Meeting Room, Stanton under Bardon Village Hall, 2 St John Cole Crescent, Stanton under Bardon, LE67 9AE for the purpose of transacting the business shown below:

    1. To discuss and resolve the location of the proposed solar powered vehicle activated sign on Main Street, Stanton under Bardon
    2. To consider quotations for a solar powered vehicle activated sign
    3. In line with the resolution of agenda item 6(b), to consider the request to rescind minute minute 075/2022-23ii.
    4. To discuss and resolve the Council’s involvement in a beacon lighting event for the D-Day anniversary landings in June 2024
    5. Discuss and resolve future plan for pump track.
    6. To discuss and resolve the Council’s contribution and involvement with the elderly residents Christmas dinner at Stanton under Bardon Village hall in December 2023.

    1. To receive the bank statements for July and August 2023
    2. To consider adopting the financial statement for July and August 2023
    3. To consider adopting the bank reconciliation for July and August 2023
    4. To consider the draft payment list for July and August 2023

    1. To consider quotes to switch broadband providers at Stanton under Bardon Village Hall
    2. To consider quotes to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment at Stanton under Bardon Village Hall
    3. To consider quotes to undertake PAT testing for all electrical appliances at Stanton under Bardon Village Hall
    4. To consider quotes to undertake a boiler service and gas safety certification for the gas boiler at Stanton under Bardon Village Hall
