All Members of Stanton under Bardon Parish Council are hereby summoned to attend the Annual Parish Council Meeting on Wednesday 5th June 2024 starting at 7:00pm at Stanton under Bardon Village Hall, 2 St John Cole Crescent, Stanton under Bardon, LE67 9AE for the purpose of transacting the business shown below:

    3. To consider setting up a Facebook Page for Stanton under Bardon Parish Council
    4. To accept the quotation from Community Heartbeat Trust to undertake community defibrillator training at Stanton under Bardon Village Hall at a cost of £250
    5. To discuss projects eligible for funding to celebrate 50th anniversary of Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council.

    1. To amend the Debit Card Usage Policy to allow authorised purchases of up to £1000
    2. To adopt the new NALC Financial Regulations 2024
    3. In line with agenda item 6(c), to adopt the draft Social Media Policy

    1. To consider setting up a village hall management committee for Stanton under Bardon Village Hall

  2. To consider a response to Sutcliffe Play regarding the offer of S106 monies towards enhancements of Stanton under Bardon recreation ground or what specific features or amenities should be incorporated into a new play area at the new development
  3. To consider a response to the request for burial land availability in Stanton under Bardon
  4. To consider how Stanton under Bardon can support the Neighbourhood Plan group with progressing the Neighbourhood Plan

 

  1. PROPOSAL OF CLOSED SESSION
    1. In accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 section 1 paragraph 2, to consider excluding the public and press for the following items for the reason that matters appertain to staff employment and council contracts that are of a confidential nature

 

      1. To consider the proposal to employ a paid member of staff to undertake keyholding and cleaning services
      2. To consider quotations for the Parish Council handyman contract
