STATEMENT OF REASONS

Leicestershire County Council proposes to make the following order on behalf of the developer of Bardon III.
Following the construction of a new vehicular access it is necessary to prohibit right turns into the new access road from Stanton Lane and it is also necessary to ban left turns out of the new access road into Stanton Lane, Stanton under Bardon. The banned movements will ensure the safe entrance of vehicles into and out of the new access road. The banned movements are being implemented to reinforce the layout of the junction which will discourage the movements physically.

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by not later 15th December 2023, quoting reference MP/HTWMT/5617.

Alternatively, objections can be emailed to Munira.Patel@leics.gov.uk or via the online comment form which may be accessed via the link above. If you require alternative formats of this Notice, including larger print or braille, please contact Leicestershire County Council on (0116) 305 0001.
