Recycling and Household Waste Sites Consultation

The county council is seeking views on proposed changes to the recycling and household waste site service to make savings of £420,000 a year.
The changes proposed are:
- Closing three sites – Market Harborough, Shepshed and Somerby
- Changing the opening days at Bottesford and Melton Mowbray
- Closing all sites on Christmas Eve
- Changing summer opening hours at all recycling and household waste sites
